Method of preparation

Step One

As usual, we are going to be making use of the oven. So we have to preheat to the perfect temperature. Preheat your oven to about 390F, once or twice.

Step Two

You’ll need a bowl. Clean up your red pepper and onions. Slice them finely and mix them up in a bowl.

Step Three

Now to our green veggies. I love to use spinach. However, any kind of veggies is cool. Slice it gently with care. Make sure you wash properly before slicing. Mix it up with the onions and pepper in the bowl.

Step Four

Break the eggs into the bowl and add some salt. Mix them properly. Also add some cheese and mix it together. Put in some hot sauce, curry and any other sauce. Try to be creative.

Step Five

Get your muffin cups ready with some oil. This is to ensure they are properly greased. Add the kitchen paper and the mixed ingredients in the bowl. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups and place on a baking tray.

Step Six

Place the tray into the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. If after 20 minutes and the top of your egg muffin isn’t hard when you touch, leave it for a while until it is firm.

In 25 minutes, your egg muffin breakfast is ready to eat. You don’t need to wake up too early to prepare your delicious low carb breakfast.
