Ingredients
- 2 tsps. of sesame oil
- 2 tsps. of soy sauce
- 1 tsp. of sesame seeds
- 2 tbs. of brown sugar
- 2 tbs. of rice vinegar
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tsp. of freshly grated ginger.
- ¼ cup of olive oil.
- 4 thinly chopped green onions
- Four 5 oz. salmon filets.
- ½ tsp of Sriracha
- 2 tsps. of honey
Method of Preparation
Step One
Mix properly honey, soy sauce, sesame oil & seeds, Sriracha and ginger in a small container. Set aside this in one corner.
Step Two
In another container, mix another set of ingredients- soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil & seeds, ginger and then green onions.
Step Three
Get a gallon-sized bag that is sealable or another large container. Fill it with the salmon filets and ginger mixture. Mix for like 30 minutes turning the bag at intervals.
Step Four
Preheat oven before usage to about 400F.
Step Five
Put the salmon and the mixture together in a ready baking tray and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Check at intervals.
Step Six
Serve salmon immediately with the ginger glaze and enjoy!
